Hi, I’m Brian, founder of Silver Shield Tech.

I have over 26 years of hands-on IT experience helping people troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, and better understand their computers, networks, and technology. My background includes computer repair, Windows, Linux, macOS support, networking, home technology setup, and one-on-one customer training.

Before starting Silver Shield Tech, I also spent 16 years in law enforcement, along with military engineering and business ownership experience. That background taught me the importance of trust, patience, clear communication, and protecting people from harm.

Silver Shield Tech was created to provide honest, patient, in-home computer help, especially for seniors and families. Whether I’m repairing a computer, setting up a new device, teaching someone how to use technology, or helping people recognize online scams, my goal is simple:
